Set Up IPTV on Samsung & LG Smart TVs
Configure your IPTV playlist directly on your Smart TV. Learn about compatible players, app store installations, and server credentials.
Direct Streaming Without External Boxes
If you own a Samsung Smart TV running Tizen OS or an LG Smart TV running webOS, you can stream live TV directly without needing an external streaming stick. While the **Tivimate** app is not natively available in the Samsung or LG app stores (as it is strictly an Android/Fire OS application), there are several high-quality players available in those stores that integrate with our IPTV playlists.
Recommended Players for Samsung & LG
To stream our IPTV service on your Smart TV, we recommend downloading one of the following apps from your TV's app store:
1. IPTV Smarters Pro
The most popular app for Smart TVs. Natively available in both LG Content Store and Samsung App Store. It features a clean dashboard, categorizes VOD and live TV, and supports Xtream Codes login.
2. Smart IPTV (SIPTV)
A classic player that loads playlists via MAC address registration on their website. It is fast and lightweight, though it requires a one-time activation fee.
Step-by-Step Setup Guide using IPTV Smarters
To configure your **tivimate subscription** playlist inside IPTV Smarters on your TV, follow these steps:
- Open the app store on your LG or Samsung TV, search for "IPTV Smarters", and click install.
- Open the application and accept the terms of use.
- Select "Add New User" > choose "Login with Xtream Codes API".
- Enter any name for the profile (e.g. "Tivimate Prime").
- Input the Server URL, Username, and Password sent to you by our WhatsApp support agent.
- Click "Add User" and wait for the playlist files to import. Enjoy your live streams!
Smart TV Connection Troubleshooting
Because Smart TV processors are less powerful than dedicated streaming boxes, you may occasionally experience buffering. To prevent this, ensure your TV is connected directly to your router via an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi. In addition, go to the app settings and verify that the video format is set to "TS" or "HLS".
