MAG boxes (developed by Infomir) are dedicated hardware receivers designed specifically for IPTV streaming. Unlike Android boxes that run third-party player apps like **Tivimate**, MAG boxes utilize a built-in firmware portal interface that connects directly to our middleware server.

This direct connection makes MAG boxes extremely stable and fast, offering a traditional cable-like feel with simple remote control zapping.

How to Set Up Your MAG Box

To configure your **tivimate subscription** playlist details on a MAG device, follow these instructions:

1. Locate Your MAC Address: Look at the sticker on the bottom of your MAG box. It begins with `00:1A:79:...`. Copy this address.
2. Submit MAC for Registration: Send your MAC address to our support team on WhatsApp. We must register this identifier on our servers to authorize your portal connection.
3. Navigate to Inner Portal Settings: Turn on your MAG box. If it displays "Loading...", press the SETTINGS button on your remote to access the system settings menu.
4. Configure Portal URL: Go to Portals > Portal 1 Name > enter "Tivimate Prime". In Portal 1 URL, input the custom portal address provided by our support agent.
5. Reboot Device: Save the settings and reboot the MAG box. It will load our server interface directly, showing your channel categories.

Troubleshooting MAG Connection Errors

If your MAG box displays a "Blocked" or "Check Connection" screen after rebooting:

• Double-check that the portal URL was entered correctly (no typos or spaces).
• Ensure your MAC address was registered on our servers. Contact our support desk on WhatsApp to confirm registration status.
• Reboot your router and MAG box simultaneously to resolve DNS caching conflicts.
