1. Agreement to Terms

2. Subscription & Account Usage

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our streaming nodes for personal, non-commercial home entertainment. The number of concurrent connections permitted depends on the plan you purchase:

• 3 Months / 6 Months Plans: Limited to exactly one (1) active device.
• 12 Months Plan: Limited to a maximum of two (2) concurrent active device connections under the same network.

Sharing your credentials or utilizing more active device connections than allowed by your subscription is strictly prohibited. Our servers monitor active lines; unauthorized sharing will result in automatic temporary suspension without a refund.

3. Server Uptime & Streaming Quality

While we strive to maintain a 99.9% server uptime and reduce buffering to zero using dedicated 10Gbps ports, internet-based streaming is subject to external factors. Uptime and streaming resolution (4K, FHD, HD) can be affected by your local ISP routing, Wi-Fi signal strength, router configurations, and global internet backbone congestion. We are not responsible for stream degradation caused by local network failures.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to copy, record, redistribute, broadcast, sell, or modify any content streamed through our servers. Re-streaming our signals or integrating them into unauthorized server lists will lead to permanent account termination.

5. Billing, Invoicing & Cancellations

All billing requests are routed to our WhatsApp activation team at `+1 (873) 506-0812` to ensure secure transactions. Payment links are generated individually using secure platforms (Credit Card, PayPal, Stripe). Subscriptions do not auto-renew; you must manually purchase renewal credits to extend your account.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the last modified date. Continued use of the service after modifications constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
